Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us!

To keep our schedule running smoothly and respect all clients’ time, please read and agree to our booking terms below:


⏳ DEPOSIT & HOLDING TIME

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Your appointment will be held for only 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.

  • If you do not arrive within 10 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited (lost).

  • If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and made available to other clients.


❌ CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

  • To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled in time.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full loss of deposit.


📩 AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION NOTICE

After booking, an automatic cancellation page/email will be sent to you as confirmation of these terms.
By proceeding with your booking, you agree to this policy.
