Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with us!
To keep our schedule running smoothly and respect all clients’ time, please read and agree to our booking terms below:
⏳ DEPOSIT & HOLDING TIME
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your appointment will be held for only 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.
If you do not arrive within 10 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited (lost).
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and made available to other clients.
❌ CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled in time.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full loss of deposit.
📩 AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION NOTICE
After booking, an automatic cancellation page/email will be sent to you as confirmation of these terms.
By proceeding with your booking, you agree to this policy.
